Inos merges EMO, Homeland Security

Gov. Eloy S. Inos signed into law Friday afternoon a bill merging the Emergency Management Office and the Office of Homeland Security to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency in government, just some three hours after the Senate passed the House bill during a session on Rota.
