Arkansas's unemployment rate is on the rise again. The Arkansas Department of Workforce Services says labor force data, produced by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics shows Arkansas' seasonally adjusted unemployment rate rose one-tenth of a percentage point from 7.0-percent in November to 7.1 percent in December.
