Fagen trial to begin Wednesday

Nearly a year after he was indicted on charges that he illegally collected more than $14,000 in unemployment benefits, prosecutors and defense attorneys will make their opening statements at the start of City Councilman Mike Fagen's fraud trial on Wednesday.
